NEP

N-ethylpentedrone 具有兴奋作用，并带有轻度致幻共感效应，但其长期风险几乎没有可靠数据。使用报告提到回落难受，以及强烈的重复给药冲动，因此应采取与其他强效卡西酮相同的谨慎态度。NEP 会造成明显的心血管负担，并可能引发焦虑、偏执和强迫性重复用药。已有死亡案例与快速性心律失常和体温过高相关联。由于卡西酮常被错误标识，建议进行药物检测。
